The twin brothers above were victims of a hate crime in which they were viciously attacked by 11 men. But instead of collecting evidence from the scene, investigating the crime, and doing their JOB, the NYPD closed the case.
The NYPD is notorious for this type of behavior; they never let us forget what being Black means to them. But they need to understand that “to Protect and to Serve” applies to ALL citizens!
